2、Q: Is the SDK one and same for all software you offer Do you have the same SDK for all the software you provide，or different interfaces for it? A: It must provide different interfaces for Off-line v.8.12, wireless v.1.01 and BWRC smart room system.

3、Q: If the lock does not support Bluetooth and NFC, what is the communication between the lock and the mobile app? A: BW883 app--user can install app into the mobile phone, the communication method is cloud platforms.

4、Q: If a magnetic contact is installed on the balcony door, is it possible to turn off the air conditioner when opening the door? A: BWRC system--It is possible to setup the Window Contact to link with the air condition BWRC system is ok for let open window--inside room air condition close automatically!

5、Q: Do you have practise to made upgrade of the software with new functions, solve bug problem or once the software is ready there is no update? A: Bonwin have practise to made upgrade of the software with new functions!

6、Q: If I want to upgrade all IC card door locks in the hotel, can you provide us with the upgrade service? A: The hotel need remove the old door lock,then purchase full set Bonwin door lock system to replacement the old brand locks,it not possible to use two brand hotel locks for one hotel......

7、Q: What is the delivery date after the order? A: The warehouse stock is changed every day, you need to tell us the lock model, qty, door thickness, then our factory will check the raw material stock and feed back the related time to you....

8、Q: Are all versions of the software compatible with the latest Microsoft products - Win8, Win10, and SQL? A: Yes, Bonwin software is compatible with Win7/8/10, SQL2008 and so on. The other systems, for example apple system, can not use Bonwin software.
