Basic Requirements
Company:
1. Able to complete sale, installation and maintenance of our products independently;
Have software service staff and software tech staffCan supply the timely support for the end users (hotels);
2. Professional marketing personnel with strong marketing ability;
3. Sales and service personnel proficient in English;
4. Good reputation;
5. Fixed business location, computer, etc;
6. Standard sales, management and after-sales service management and policies in line with our service concept;
Experience:
7. More than 4 years of experience in hotel industry;
8. Familiar with import process;
9. Experience of some great projects;
Promises:
10. Keep technology and business secrets;
11. Send the project photo records to factory after the project finished;
Provide the Customer feedback sheet to Bonwin factory after the project finished.
Agent application process
Party A - Bonwin;
Party B - Quasi agent/Agent.
1. In order to let Party B have time to know more about Bonwin goods and to see that Bonwin locks iare of high quality and stability;
2. In order to let Party A can see the Quasi agent has strong sales ability and good after-sales service ability for the end users;
3. Bonwin agent right release steps as followings:
Testing Year (e.g Mar.31.2017~Mar.30.2018)-Party B sales target: two hundred thousand USD (200K).↓
If Party B reaches the Testing Year sales target, Party A will start sign the agreement.
↓
First Agent Year (Mar.31.2018~Mar.30.2019)-sales target: two hundred thousands USD (200K).
↓
If Party B reaches sales target (200K) in the First Agent Year; Party A will extend the agent agreement for the second year.
Right and Liability
1. But for a few circumstances, Party A gives regional protection, not supplying directly or by third party indirectly;
2. Party A must transmit all of the inquiries to Party B;
3. Party A will offer the most preferential supply price to Party B;
4. Party B is not allowed to sell similar products from a third party (not including the models and varieties Party A hasn’t);
5. Party B must keep all of the Bonwin brand and logo on the BW803 door locks, and cannot remove Bonwin logo or put any other brand on the surface of hotel door locks ;
6. Party B can not put any other brand of hotel lock systems on its website or advertising materials;
7. The visiting cards of sales and service personnel must be printed with Bonwin logo and a brief introduction of the agent.
