The following is the installation procedure of the BW823 networked door lock.
1. Open the hole of the door. The installer must draw a hole in the door according to the template or hole pattern we provide. In order to prevent the formation of flaws, the wood fibers should be cut along the open-hole line with a tool before opening the hole.
2. Install the lock body
First, check whether the parts are complete and test whether the door lock function is normal. Then start to install the door lock according to the corresponding relationship, including the lock core, lock head, front lock cover and so on. At this stage, the installer must strictly follow our installation requirements and order so as not to affect the normal use of the door lock. The last is to check whether the door lock is used normally after installation, including the following aspects.
a. Check if the handle and knob work properly.
b. Check whether the mechanical key can be used normally;
c. Check if the door lock sensing position is normal. You can use the authorization card, setup card, clock card, master control card, etc. to test.
After checking, cover the lock cover.
3. Open the hole of the doorframe
First of all, according to the center of the door hole and the vertical position to determine the center position of the door frame hole (the door is closed, the two centers should be flush) and the upper and lower position (to ensure that the bolt can enter the door frame plate hole), and then open the door frame hole.
4. Install door lock plate and lock box according to the corresponding relationship.
5. Check whether the lock bolt of the door lock and the door frame gusset are aligned.
