Tips Of The Hotel Electric Door Locks' Use
1. When the guest card is placed in the electric door lock’s sensing area, the lock is no sound, light and motor action.
You can analyze the following aspects, such as whether the hotel lock is equipped with a battery, whether the cable is in poor contact or wrong, or the sensor panel is broken.
Remedy: Install a new battery, check the connection line, and replace the sensor panel.
2. When the guest card is placed in the sense area, the door lock is a green light, no fault code sounds, but no motor sound.
You can analyze the following aspects, such as the battery is low, the sensor panel is broken, the motor of the lock cylinder is broken, the connection of the cable is not good or the connection is wrong, and the software is not working properly when the card is manufactured.
Remedy: Replace the battery, check the cable, replace the sensor panel or the lock cylinder (motor), and make the card correctly.
3. When the guest card is placed in the electric door lock’s sensing area, there is a green light and a motor sound, but still can't open the door.
Analysis: The iron bars between the front panel and the lock cylinder are not butted, or the lock core is broken.
Remedy: The iron bars are docked or the lock cylinder is replaced.
4. When the guest card, management card, cleaning card, etc. are placed in the hotel lock sensing area, the door lock lights up red and has a long beep.
Analysis: The time on the door lock has timed out or over time.
Remedy: Re-time card to refresh time.
5. When the guest card, management card, cleaning card, etc. are placed in the hotel lock sensing area, the red light of the door lock lights up and sounds twice.
Analysis: Door lock termination service.
Remedy: Make the recovery card through the management software, and put it on the door lock again, then the door lock will return to normal.
6. When the guest card, management card, cleaning card, etc. are placed in the sensing area, the red light of the door lock lights up and sounds six times.
Analysis: The guest card does not match the door lock address.
Solution: Check whether the room number of the guest card matches the door lock address, and check whether the floor area of the management card matches the door lock address.
7. The buzzer has been ringing.
Analysis: The door is not closed, the battery is insufficient, and the hotel lock core is broken.
Remedy: Check if the door is closed, replace the battery, and replace the lock cylinder.
8. When setting the time card and address card, the red light of the hotel electronic lock is on, and there may be noise.
Analysis: The card is not set correctly and the door lock board is not initialized.
Remedy: Reset the correct card and initialize the board (there is a four-pin button on the back of the board).
