Our client told us that the application ('Frontdesk' > 'Information statistics list') can't receive the events from RCU such as 'DND', 'Please wait'?
Q: Our client told us that the application ('Frontdesk' > 'Information statistics list') can not receive the events from RCU such as 'DND', 'Please wait', 'Clean up', and etc. When it receives events such as turning on/off lights, main power will be in the activation/disconnection. Is there any configuration we can operate on?
A: May be the clock does not work well.
Solution: please adjust the clock (calibrate clock ) through the softare.
